Medical

The safety, health, and wellbeing of every student is very important to us. Providing the College with up-to-date medical information completed by your medical practitioner, along with any medication that needs to be administered during school hours, helps us support your child’s health needs and respond appropriately if required.

Medical Action Plans

If your child has a medical condition that we should be aware of, it is essential that we are provided with a current Medical Action Plan. Please either bring a copy into our Front Office or email it to [email protected].

Medication Agreement

If a Medical Action Plan is not available but medication needs to be administered, please complete the Medication Agreement form (in some cases, outlined within the form, it will need to be completed by your medical practitioner). This authorises College staff to administer the medication as instructed. Once completed, please either bring a copy into our Front Office or email it to [email protected].

Medication

All medication must be packaged in a clearly labelled blister or Webster pack, and delivered to the Front Office at least one week prior to your child’s commencement. Please note that medication cannot be administered without a Medical Action Plan or completed Medication Agreement.

If you have any questions about this process, please contact us on 08 8526 9600.

Allied Health

Families seeking to engage allied health or other support services during school hours on school grounds, including those funded through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), are required to follow the Privately Engage Service Provision in Schools process. This process ensures that services are delivered in partnership with the College and in a way that supports student learning and wellbeing, while maintaining a safe and respectful school environment.

To find out more or commence this process, please visit our Inclusive Education page.

Parent Handbook

While this Transition Pack gives you important information to get started at Xavier College, the Parent Handbook is your go-to guide for everything else. It’s a detailed resource that supports you throughout your child’s journey with us, covering all aspects of College life.

If you have any questions about this process, please contact us on 08 8521 4500.

Qkr!

The Qkr! app is used to purchase items from the College such as bus cards and uniform, and to pay for excursions or special events.

You can download the app using the links below, and follow the How To guide to get started. Prior to the start of the school year you will be advised of your child’s roll group, which you will need to enter into Qkr! when setting up their profile.

Buses

Xavier College privately charters bus services to help students travel to and from the Two Wells Campus safely and conveniently. These services connect a range of nearby towns and suburbs, supporting students from across the region.

To find detailed route information, timetables, and arranging a bus pass, please visit our Buses page.

If you have any questions about this process, please contact us on 08 8520 4100.

Inside, you’ll find information about our Salesian identity and values, teaching and learning programs, and student wellbeing and pastoral care. You’ll also find practical details about uniform, ICT guidelines, attendance, communication, bus travel, and campus-specific information.

We recommend bookmarking the Parent Handbook so it’s easy to find whenever you need it. It’s the best place to start if you’re ever wondering how something works at Xavier College.
