Xavier College is committed to providing an authentic learning environment where all members of the College community are transformed by their experiences into fuller, richer, deeper human beings.

At Xavier College Riverlea Park, our curriculum is a blend of academic rigour and innovative interdisciplinary learning that prepares students for tomorrow’s challenges. From the first day of school in 2027 and beyond, we are committed to building core skills in literacy and numeracy, then extending these with a rich range of subjects to fuel curiosity, creativity and critical thinking.

Strong foundations

We equip our students with essential skills that lay the groundwork for the more complex learning that is introduced as they progress through their schooling years:

Literacy: A dynamic program that develops clear communication and creative expression, with a particular focus on utilising and leveraging digital technologies.
Numeracy: A hands-on approach to mathematics, that canvasses real-world applications as well as building an appreciation and understanding for the dynamic fields within Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).

Our thoughtfully designed spaces support a variety of learning styles. We have incorporated modern technologies and adaptable resources into each classroom so that students are able to approach concepts from multiple perspectives. This helps each student learn in the ways that suit them best, while building a strong foundation in the core areas needed for a successful future.

The educational experience for students at Riverlea Park is robust. Students will make the most of purpose-designed facilities including STEM maker spaces, science laboratories, a Food Technology Centre with integrated rooftop garden, multimedia studios, district-level sporting grounds and more.
