Year 11 Students Showcase Their Talents at Asian Food Market

Our Two Wells Campus recently hosted an Asian Food Market, providing Year 11 Food and Hospitality students with the opportunity to showcase their culinary skills and share a variety of delicious dishes with staff.

The market featured an impressive menu including mochi, dumplings, fried rice, nigiri, and many other popular Asian-inspired dishes. Students were responsible for every aspect of the event, from planning and preparation through to presentation and service, giving them valuable real-world hospitality experience.

The event was a fantastic demonstration of the skills students have developed throughout their studies, highlighting their teamwork, creativity, organisation, and attention to detail. Guests enjoyed sampling the diverse menu while experiencing the professionalism and hospitality displayed by the students.

Congratulations to all students involved for their hard work and dedication in creating such an enjoyable and successful event. The Asian Food Market was a wonderful celebration of learning, culture, and great food.
