Year 11 Agriculture Students Shine at the Royal Adelaide Show

Xavier College is proud to congratulate our Year 11 Agriculture students, who represented the College with excellence at the Royal Adelaide Show this week.

Fourteen students showcased their well-cared-for goats, competing against more than 30 schools from across South Australia. The animals were weighed, judged, and paraded in the Main Arena, where Xavier College was awarded an impressive 2nd place for presentation and animal control in the Grand Parade.

Special achievements included:

  • Muller (led by Victoria) — 1st place Lightweight Dairy Goat
  • Victoria — Best Handler (Muller’s category)
  • Bartholomew (led by Tristan) — 6th place in Class 1

With over 250 goats competing, our students demonstrated outstanding skill, dedication, and teamwork throughout the event.

Congratulations to all involved! Xavier College is incredibly proud of your efforts and achievements at this year’s Show.
