Year 11 Agriculture Students Explore Viticulture at Lambert Estate Wines

Our Year 11 Agriculture students recently visited Lambert Estate Wines for an engaging and informative look into the world of viticulture and winemaking.

During the visit, students gained valuable insight into the full winemaking process, from how grapes are grown and harvested through to fermentation and production. The experience highlighted the science behind winemaking, deepening students’ understanding of agricultural practices and the journey from vineyard to bottle.

The excursion provided a real-world learning opportunity, allowing students to connect classroom knowledge with industry practices and see firsthand the complexity and precision involved in producing high-quality wine.

We extend our sincere thanks to the team at Lambert Estate Wines for their generosity in sharing their expertise and for providing such a meaningful and memorable experience for our students.
