Xavier College recently welcomed student leaders from across Australia for the National Salesian Captains’ Conference. This prestigious gathering brought together representatives from Salesian secondary schools to collaborate, share ideas, and refine their leadership vision for the year ahead.

The conference featured a series of intensive workshops and seminars centered on the core values of integrity, compassion, and courage. By stepping outside their comfort zones, our student captains engaged in meaningful dialogue with their interstate peers, exploring what it truly means to be a ‘values-led’ leader in a modern world.
