These sessions are designed to support parents and caregivers as they look ahead to their child’s commencement in 2027. They will provide updates on construction progress and key milestones, along with opportunities to meet the leaders, teachers and support staff who will be part of the Riverlea Park community as appointments are made. Each session will also focus on practical ways families can support their child’s transition to school, including how to build confidence, readiness and positive routines at home.

The first session will be held:

This session is intended for parents and caregivers only. Children are not required to attend.

While the content is tailored for families who have already submitted an enrolment application and are preparing to commence in 2027, families who are considering the Riverlea Park Campus are also warmly invited to attend and may find the session valuable.

The first session will cover:

• Educating the whole child: How Xavier College supports learning, wellbeing and personal growth
• Progress update: A closer look at the Stage 1 construction progress and what is taking place behind the scenes
• Preparing for day one: Practical ways to support your child’s transition to school
• Technology use: Supporting and managing your child’s engagement with digital devices.

We are excited to continue engaging with families and know that strong partnerships between home and the College are key to building a thriving Riverlea Park community. When this partnership is established from the outset, it gives children the best possible start and supports their confidence, wellbeing and success as they navigate their learning journey.
