Our Gawler Belt Campus recently hosted the Xavier College Soccer Academy Cup, bringing together students from the Gawler Belt and Two Wells Liverpool FC Academy squads for an exciting showcase of skill, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Through Xavier College’s partnership with Liverpool FC International Academy Australia, students in Years 7 to 10 have the opportunity to trial for their campus academy squad, participate in a range of football events, and take part in regular after-school training sessions. These experiences help students develop their game through the Liverpool way, with a focus on both performance and personal growth.

Played in great spirit, the Soccer Academy Cup was a fantastic display of the College’s RUAH values, alongside the Liverpool FC values of Passion, Integrity, Ambition, and Unity. Students demonstrated excellent teamwork, commitment, and respect throughout the match, making for a competitive and enjoyable contest.

Congratulations to all students who proudly represented their campuses. A special congratulations to the Gawler Belt Academy squad, who claimed victory in this year’s Xavier College Soccer Academy Cup.
