Fun and Adventure at Evanston Vacation Care
The Evanston Campus Vacation Care program was full of fun, friendship, and adventure these school holidays, with a range of exciting activities that kept students entertained and engaged all week long.
An early highlight was Italian Day, where students immersed themselves in Italian culture through food, games, and creative activities. Next up was the Silent Disco, a crowd favourite that had everyone dancing, laughing, and enjoying the music through their colourful wireless headphones. The gym was filled with energy as students showed off their best moves and shared plenty of smiles.
The beginning of the second week brought one of the biggest highlights — an excursion to the Adelaide Zoo. Students explored the exhibits, spotted their favourite animals, and learned more about wildlife conservation. It was a wonderful day of discovery and outdoor learning.
Later in the week, students took part in AFL Max training, putting their footy skills to the test through fun drills, teamwork activities, and games led by experienced coaches. The session was a great way to stay active and build confidence.
The end of the week saw Wheels Day, where students brought their bikes, scooters, and skateboards for a morning of movement and fun. With helmets on and tracks set up around the yard, it was the perfect way to finish an action-packed week.
Our Vacation Care team did a fantastic job creating a program that offered something for everyone, combining learning, creativity, and plenty of laughter.
