The Gawler Belt Campus came alive with flavour and creativity as our Year 11 Food and Hospitality students hosted their Asian Street Food Market.

The event provided students with the opportunity to put their learning into practice, preparing and serving a range of delicious dishes for campus staff to enjoy. From the initial planning stages through to food preparation, presentation, and service, students demonstrated the many skills developed through their Food and Hospitality studies.

The market was a fantastic showcase of teamwork, organisation, and hospitality, with students working together to create an authentic and enjoyable experience for guests. The vibrant atmosphere and quality of the dishes reflected the dedication and effort that went into the event.

Congratulations to all students involved for creating such a memorable experience and for showcasing their talents so successfully. Well done on an outstanding event and some truly delicious food!
