Annual General Meeting and Call for Board Nominations

The Xavier College Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 17 March 2026.  We warmly invite all parents and caregivers to attend. The meeting will be held in the Gawler Belt Campus Auditorium (1 Kentish Road, Gawler Belt) commencing at 6:30pm.

If you would like to attend the AGM please RSVP to Carolyn Pape via email [email protected] by Tuesday, 10 March 2026.

The format for the evening will be as follows:

  • Report from Board Chair
  • Report from Board Finance Committee Chair
  • Report from the College Principal
  • Elections
  • General Business.

Call for Nominations for the College Advisory Board: Two Wells Campus Parent Representative

Due to the recent resignation of a Parent Representative for the Two Wells Campus on the College Advisory Board, nominations are now invited from parents and caregivers interested in representing the campus on the Board.

If you would like to be considered, please forward a one-page expression of interest to Carolyn Pape at [email protected] by Friday, 13 March 2026. Your expression of interest should briefly outline your background, areas of expertise, and how you believe you could contribute to the work of the College Advisory Board.
