Evanston Playgroup Wraps Up Term with a Bluey-Inspired Aussie Adventure
To celebrate the end of term, our Evanston Campus Playgroup children and their families set off on an imaginative journey around Australia with Bluey and his family.
The adventure began with children jumping into the fantastic cars they had created the week prior, ready to hit the road and explore the wonders of our great country.
Throughout the day, they stopped at various states and territories, engaging in creative, hands-on experiences inspired by each location. In South Australia, they dug for fossils, while in Tasmania they gathered around a campfire to toast marshmallows. Victoria brought the excitement of the MCG, where children practised their footy skills, and in New South Wales they dressed up and performed on the stage of the Sydney Opera House. Western Australia offered the chance to fish for treasures, and in the Northern Territory, they created and played music using handmade rain sticks.
It was a fun and interactive way to conclude the term, sparking imagination and a love for learning through play. We were delighted to see so many families take part in the journey, and thank everyone who joined us for this memorable adventure.
