Riverlea Park Campus Principal recruitment now underway

Recruitment has commenced for the Campus Principal of the Xavier College Riverlea Park Campus, marking an important milestone in the development of the College’s fourth campus.

This recruitment follows the recent announcement of strengthening the College’s leadership structure, reinforcing a clear and connected approach across all campuses. The appointment of a Campus Principal at Riverlea Park represents the first key leadership role for the new campus and will play a central role in shaping its identity, culture and direction from the very beginning.

Opening in 2027, the Riverlea Park Campus will initially cater for students in Reception to Year 6, with planned growth to Year 12. The Campus Principal will lead the establishment of a learning environment where every student is known, cared for and challenged to thrive, while ensuring the campus is responsive to its local community and aligned with the College’s shared vision and approach.

Additional leadership positions for the campus will be advertised later this year, followed by teaching and support roles as the College prepares for its opening.

At the same time, construction of the Riverlea Park Campus continues to progress at pace, with visible developments across the site as facilities begin to take shape. These purpose-built learning environments will support high-quality teaching, learning and wellbeing from day one.

Families interested in joining the Riverlea Park Campus are encouraged to explore enrolment opportunities, with strong interest already reflecting the growth of the local community.

Applications for the Riverlea Park Campus Principal close at 9:00am on Monday, 27 April 2026.
